  • Teeter Hang Ups

How do you cure back pain without taking pills? Well, it seems like some are you using this Teeter Hang Ups Machine to get temporary back pain relief. I saw this machine on Home Shopping Club or probably QVC and it seem like every person who called in stated how this machine temporarily stopped any back pain they had. You hang upside down and your spine gets straighten out after a few weeks of use.

  • Julie Wainwright Helps You To Move On

Do you remember Julie Wainwright? Probably not. But, if I said Pets.com, that may ring a bell. Read her story and I guarantee you’ll be a better person after you finish.

    Quote:

“As the public CEO, I failed, and it was a very public failure. In fact, I was labeled one of the biggest failures ever. How bad was it? I had people laugh in my face when I introduced myself for years after the company closed. It happened as recently as a year ago. A couple of people asked me what it felt like to be one of the best-known failures in the U.S. Most just walked away from me. One woman told me to my face that I was a loser.”

  • Lets Talk Drug Addiction

I had a long talk with someone who was a heavy drug user. I think he used a lot of cocaine because of a lot of stress in his life. Cocaine helped him to ease the pain just for a short amount of time. He went to various drug treatment centers, been in therapy and did all the things required to stop doing drugs for good. While drug programs and therapy may work for some, for him, after a couple of months of being off the drugs, he relapsed again and again. It would be a couple of months of doing very well, no drugs and then just like that he fell back to the darkside.

Well, he finally woke up. He hit rock bottom, he decided to deal with the root cause of his drug problem and tackle it head on. He ignored drug treatment centers and therapy, deciding that he’ll have to stop using drugs on his own will power. Did it work? Yep. He took on the stress in his life, which were family issues and removed himself from that negative environment. Decided to stay in a shelter for a while, then moved into is own apartment and eventually got a decent job. There’s more to the story, but he told me “if you want to get off of drugs for good, stop running from your problems and deal with it in an appropriate manner. After you hit rock bottom a couple of times, you’ll say ‘enough is enough’ and this will be my last rock bottom and the very last time I use any type of drug as an escape.”

Look, drug addiction is a very complex issue and is tough on any family or close friends. However, I think if you can get at the root cause of your drug addiction, you’ll be a step closer to freedom.

  • It’s Called “Me Time”

What is “Me Time?” “Me Time” is basically taking some time out for yourself. Spending time with yourself. No cellphone, no significant other, no kids, no family members, no friends, don’t answer emails, computer is off, etc. It’s just you alone. Maybe take a whole day or a whole week, a whole month, whatever you feel is necessary. Do a “Me Time” maybe once a month or every two months.

What you want to do during this “Me Time” is clear your mind, maybe take a long walk by yourself or move yourself into a relaxing quiet environment that is just peaceful. Gather your thoughts, figure out what’s going well in your life and what you don’t like. Do some meditation, read self-improvement books and create yourself (make sure you write it down on a piece of paper) a road map or blueprint to a better life for you. Be honest with yourself. You may have to eliminate certain things from your life that’s harming you, you may have to let some friends and family members go (keep away from them because they are so negative), start eating healthier, exercising more, leave your old job to go for your dream job, etc.

When you finish your “Me Time,” make sure you take action on all things you need to change in your life. Just don’t say your going to do this and do that and you end up right back in the same negative situation. Take action and start making the correct moves toward improving your life. Do what your suppose to do to achieve a better life.
