I’m loving evernote! Evernote is like an online yellow sticky pad. That’s the best way I can describe it. There’s a free version and a paid version. The free version gives you up to 40mb of space to work with. I am using the free version, which can hold 20,000 typed notes.
From Evernote.com:
“Evernote allows you to easily capture information in any environment using whatever device or platform you find most convenient, and makes this information accessible and searchable at any time, from anywhere.”
What I like about evernote is that I can type any type of information, take pictures or add videos into my free account and it will synchronized all of the information across all of my devices. Meaning, I can use evernote on my desktop, on the web or on the mobile web (iPhone for me). Example, I downloaded evernote for the desktop and once logged in, I type in a few words like “just testing.” When I was done typing, I hit the “synchronized” button and immediately all of the information I wrote was sent to my evernote account on the web and on my mobile phone.
Again, it doesn’t matter where you are, you can write down some important information quickly before you forget in your evernote account on your mobile phone, online on the web or on your desktop.

Once you sign up and logged in, you’ll see an interface exactly as in the pic below
